Hot Yoga / Non-Heated Yoga
A classic private class for teambuilding, celebrations or simple stress relief. Choose hot or non-heated – accessible for all levels.
- Gentle to moderately challenging flow

Vibro Yoga (Exclusive to our studio)
Our signature concept – gentle movement and deep rest on a floor that vibrates in harmony with music and sound.
- Ideal for nervous system reset and stress relief
- Perfect for tired teams or busy leaders
- Comfortable clothing, no heat, all levels welcome
Hot Yoga & Vibration – Full Experience
Our most complete private event – combining movement, heat, sound and deep guided rest.
- Approx. 50 min hot yoga, then change or shower
- Followed by 20–30 min Vibro Yoga relaxation
- Eye pillows, blankets and immersive soundscape
Booking & Practical Info
We set everything up before you walk in – so your group can simply arrive, breathe and enjoy.
Mats, practice towels, frozen face towels and ginger shots are placed ready on the floor for your group. Lights, heat, music and aromas are adjusted to your wishes for a truly premium experience.
- We prepare the room based on your heat and style preferences.
- All levels are welcome – we design the session to match your group.
- Teachers can guide in English or Danish on request.
What’s Included
Hot Yoga sessions: Mat, practice towel, small hand towel, frozen face towel, herbal tea & organic ginger shots.
Vibro Yoga sessions: Mat, blanket, head & eye pillow, herbal tea & organic ginger shots.
Access to showers and hairdryers is included. Shower towels can be brought or rented at the studio.
Class Duration & Setup
Most private classes are 60–65 minutes and can be customised to your needs.
Hot Yoga & Vibration full experience is approx. 90–100 minutes.
We can dial heat and vibration levels up or down and adapt the focus – energising, relaxing or a mix.
