At Hot Yoga Copenhagen, we offer a non-competitive and welcoming space for people who value well-being and personal growth. Our students come from all walks of life but share a common commitment to self-improvement.
We provide a clean, professional environment with exceptional yoga classes, advanced heating and ventilation, and experienced, caring teachers. Our goal is to help you build a consistent, rewarding practice in a supportive community.
We’re proud to have one of the most active yoga communities, with very few passive members — a reflection of our focus on regular progress.

Practical info
We offer Hot Yoga classes for all levels, with a diverse weekly rotating schedule.
All classes are designed to be accessible, and you’re welcome to take it easy at any time during practice.
Enjoy thoughtful amenities, including:
- Clean hand towels (free of charge).
- Frozen face towels in Hot Yoga.
- An organic ginger shot after class.
- Herbal tea, changing rooms, and showers.
Please bring your mat and towels, or you can rent or purchase them at the studio. Doors open 20 minutes before class and close 5 minutes before it begins. First-time visitors should arrive 10-15 minutes early for a brief tour.
During weekends, you may see the classes “fully booked.” Add yourself to the waiting list, as there is a 99% chance you can find a spot to practice.

Good to know

Hot Yoga can be practiced 1 class per weekand up to everyday.
Some of us have practiced hot yoga every week for the past 5, 10 or 20 years.

It takes 3 to 10 classes before you feel the true magic. Sometimes only 1 class may not give you the intented experience.

The classes are usually 60 minutes—55 minutes worth of movement and 5 minutes of pure relaxation. You can stay in the room longer to relax if you wish to.

All the classes are made for all levels. You can do it regardless of your size, shape, age, and gender. See class descriptions on the Schedule Page

You don’t need to be flexible already to practice Hot Yoga. In fact, you practice Hot Yoga to get flexible!

The classes are all taught in English.
There is usually background music during the practice.
Some days you will feel fatigued, some days you will feel strong, that is normal and completely understood.
It's natural to have varying energy levels; some days you might feel strong, others fatigued. Exiting the yoga hall once the class has begun is generally not permitted, except in rare emergencies.
It's important to remain in the yoga hall for the entire session to maintain the class environment and respect others' practices.
Take it easy anytime you like, if you need to ease your pace in either of these postures.

Frozen Face Towel
After hot yoga, our instructor offers a chilled, essential-oil infused face towel. To receive one, place a hand on your stomach.
The towel cools your eyes and nervous system while providing calming darkness.
This service is complimentary.

Class Starting
Class Etiquette
Doors lock 5 minutes before class; late arrivals not allowed.
Please sit up when the teacher enters, as a sign of respect.
Personal practice is welcome before/after, but during class follow the instruction unless noted in the schedule.

Class Ending
Class Structure
Each class includes ~55 minutes of movement and 7–10 minutes of Shavasana (deep relaxation). Timing may vary slightly.
In Shavasana, lie calmly on your back with relaxed shoulders and palms up to cool down and absorb benefits.
The teacher exits first; remain still until then to fully enjoy the moment.
Early departures are not permitted.

Enjoy the Yoga Hall
Our studio is unique in Copenhagen for allowing you to stay after class. Feel free to linger in the hall or lounge to cool down, meditate, or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere. Take all the time you need to feel refreshed and centered.

Avoid eating within 2 hours of practice to prevent discomfort.
Please do not attend if hungover or intoxicated.

Reserve your spot via our website.
Our doors open 20 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes prior.
Remember to inform the teacher of any serious injuries for a safer practice.

Asking questions during the session is not allowed. Ask your questions before or after a class.
