  • First-timers: come 10–15 minutes early to settle in.

Mat & towel (rent / buy available) – no camp mats.

  • Wear clothes you're happy to sweat in – rentals available.
  • Multiple classes same day? Bring extra towel & clothes.

Please avoid perfume, strong body odor, food smells, alcohol or tobacco. We keep the room neutral so everyone can breathe comfortably.

  • Showers & changing rooms available.
  • Bring your own liquid soap.
  • Please keep showers short so everyone gets a turn.

Change of plans?

  • Cancel at least 3 hours before to avoid the 59 DKK fee.
  • Fees help fund clean hand towels, tea & ginger shots for everyone.
