Reserve your spot via our website.

Our doors open 20 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes prior.

Remember to inform the teacher of any serious injuries for a safer practice.

During Class

  • Sit down and roll out your mat.
  • Breathe quietly through your nose.
  • No speaking inside the yoga hall.
  • Asking questions during the session is not allowed. Ask your questions before or after a class.
  • Please avoid perfume, strong body odor, food smells, alcohol or tobacco. We keep the room neutral so everyone can breathe comfortably.
