What is Hot Yoga?
Hot Yoga is a dynamic practice performed in a heated room at 38°C with 65% humidity, creating the perfect environment for detox, relaxation, and transformation. The heat enhances flexibility, allowing deeper stretches while reducing the risk of injury. Our well-ventilated studio ensures fresh, clean air for a safe and comfortable experience.
Why Choose Hot Yoga?
Accessible for All: Classes are designed for all levels and last 60 minutes, making them perfect for busy schedules.
Detox & Wellness: Sweating clears toxins, boosts circulation, and rejuvenates the skin.
Strength & Flexibility: The heat supports deeper stretches and builds stamina.
Breathing & Meditation: Each session calms the mind and connects you to your body.
Safe & Supportive: Ideal for joint health, muscle recovery, and those with injuries.
Additional Perks:
Enjoy a complimentary ginger shot after every class, along with access to showers and changing rooms. First-timers are warmly welcomed—arrive 10-15 minutes early for a quick orientation.
Hot Yoga is more than exercise—it’s a complete mind-body experience that helps you feel strong, flexible, and balanced in a supportive environment.
-
Not at all! Hot Yoga helps improve flexibility over time. You’ll work at your own pace, and the heat makes it easier to ease into poses, even if you’re a complete beginner.
-
Yes! Sweating is a natural part of Hot Yoga and helps detoxify your body. Bring a large towel to cover your mat, and don’t forget to hydrate before and after class. Our studio is non-smelly and there is enough fresh air for everyone in the classes.
-
Clothes that are good for sweating. Wear lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking clothes like shorts, leggings, or tank tops. The key is to feel comfortable while allowing your skin to breathe in the heated environment. Some men usually practice top-less and some women practice in a swimsuit.
-
Yes, Hot Yoga can support recovery for minor injuries, as the heat promotes better circulation and reduces stiffness. However, always inform your instructor about your injury so they can guide you on modifications for a safe practice.
-
Absolutely! Hot Yoga is an inclusive practice that welcomes everyone, regardless of age, gender, or physical fitness level. Each class is designed to be non-competitive, and you can modify poses to suit your body.
-
Unfortunately not. Clip cards are personal and can not be shared.

It takes 3-10 classes to get used to Hot Yoga and notice the amazing benefits. 1 Class can give you an idea of what the practice is about and 60 classes will cover your practice for up to 18 months. We recommended practicing 1-2 Hot Yoga classes per week on a regular basis.
