Regardless of your membership type, you can book a class at any time, enjoy a complimentary cup of herbal tea, and borrow a hand towel for free.

Healthy snacks, such as ginger shots, turmeric shots, juice, or fresh fruits, are always available after class. Optionally, you can receive a frozen face towel at the end of each hot class.

Not included: use of shower facilities and hairdryers. However, these can be added to your membership for 99 kr per month, along with other add-ons. (see below)

After purchase, you can book a class right away.

Memberships can be canceled, changed, or paused with a written notice of one month + the current month's running days.

You must bring your mat and towels on each visit or rent/buy them at the studio.
