Exclusive Hot Yoga & Meditation Sessions

Designed for high-profile individuals with demanding schedules, our exclusive Hot Yoga & Meditation experience offers a luxurious and private way to recharge—without the complexity of home setups or the high cost of one-on-one sessions.

Held in a small, carefully selected group, each weekly class provides the benefits of hot yoga in a discreet and peaceful environment—ideal for executives, entrepreneurs, public figures, and others who value privacy and quality.

Led by our most experienced teachers, the 75-minute session takes place in a studio heated to 38–40°C with 65% humidity, offering all the physical and mental benefits of hot yoga in a setting tailored to your lifestyle. Each session includes a doable sequence of Yoga poses followed by a short meditation and a frozen face towel when lying.

These sessions are designed for all levels, offering a calm, supportive space to deepen your practice—whether you're experienced or just getting started.

Each class is limited to a small, selected group to ensure personal attention and a peaceful atmosphere.

Confidentiality and Privacy Assurance

Our exclusive sessions are designed with the utmost respect for your privacy. All sessions are conducted in a secure and confidential environment to ensure complete discretion.

The studio and our instructors operate under strict confidentiality practices, ensuring that no details about your participation are disclosed to anyone. Your experience with us remains private, offering you peace of mind as you focus on your practice.

To protect the privacy of all participants, we ask both clients and teachers to agree to a confidentiality policy. This ensures a discreet and respectful space for everyone.

Hours

Once we reach a minimum of 10 approved applicants, we’ll schedule 2–3 weekly sessions based on the time preferences that work best for the group.

Applications are open throughout August.

Weekly sessions are planned to begin from Week 36 (starting September 1, 2025).

Pricing

Choose from 5 clip cards (classes) for 3750 dkk, valid for three months, or ten clip cards for 6000 dkk, valid for six months. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice.

Price includes: yoga mat, practice towel, hand towel, shower towel, laundry service for training clothes, premium body shampoo, ginger shot, herbal tea, and coconut water with every visit.
